The recipe for a fruity water ice cream
1. ingredients
300 g fresh fruit, e.g. melons, kiwis or currants
2 dl water
1 tablespoon sugar, agave syrup or honey
2. prepare
Cut the fruit into small pieces. Puree finely with the water and sugar.
3. filling
Pour the melon puree into the molds e.g. from Liewood and freeze for approx. 3 hours.
TIP
After pureeing, pass the berry mixture through a sieve and vary the amount of sugar according to the ripeness of the fruit.
