More movement in children's everyday life

Movement is the key to holistic, healthy development and should therefore be an integral part of everyone's everyday life.

The Swiss Federal Office of Public Health recommends that children should move at least one hour a day for healthy development.

But how do you get more exercise into everyday life?

A simple solution is to give children regular incentives to move. Besides actively animating the child, movement toys can also motivate.
