In February, Loumalou operator Nadja Zimmermann published the new and now fourth cook book "Relaxed Cooking". More than 100 simple, everyday and family-friendly recipes are dedicated to relaxed cuisine. True to the motto: minimum effort, maximum yield. Just like this month's recipes on the blog: The quiche with leeks and pears, the Farmer Bowl with many legumes and the fast classic Penne all'arrabbiata. As well as the delicious and healthy millet cookies with apple and chocolate coating, which are baked super-fast and devoured much faster.
