For children who spend a lot of time in the water, long-sleeved tops or integrated UV shirts provide additional protection.

Fit & safety

A good fit is important so that nothing slips and your child can move freely. Adjustable straps, elastic bands and well-fitting bottoms provide support. Some models include built‑in flotation aids or are cut so they don’t restrict play in the water. Make sure the top is neither too tight nor too loose and that the fabric doesn’t rub sensitive areas. More and more swimwear is made from recycled polyester produced from reclaimed plastic bottles. This conserves resources and reduces plastic waste in the sea.
